In Kharkiv, new buildings will be built on the site of houses destroyed by shelling

He noted that about 4.5 thousand residential buildings were damaged as a result of the shelling. 

"Unfortunately, many multi-storey buildings were heavily damaged. We will demolish these buildings because it is impossible to restore them. We will build new housing in their place," said the mayor. 

Igor Terekhov also noted that the damage caused to Kharkiv by the Russian aggressor has already reached more than USD 10 billion.
