In September, the Russian aggressor attacked the city of Kharkiv 53 times.
As Mayor Igor Terekhov noted in his telegram channel, this is a record number of air strikes on Kharkiv since the beginning of 2023.
‘This means that almost every day Russia has shelled our city twice. The most terrible thing is the number of victims. 188 of them, including 19 children. We will not leave anyone alone in trouble and will do everything to ensure that everyone who needs help receives it, while the Ukrainian Defence Forces are fighting for peace!’ the mayor said.
