Russians shelled civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv at night

This was reported to journalists by the Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov.
 
According to him, at the site of the hit to the production facility, the State Emergency Service extinguished the fire all night.
 
"In addition, there are residential buildings and the private sector near the service station where the second hit occurred. Four people were injured. 10 residential buildings were damaged. There was also a hit to railway cars, which, fortunately, were empty," said the Mayor.
