Rescuer's Day was celebrated in Kharkiv

‘I congratulate you on the holiday and thank you on behalf of all Kharkiv residents for your daily heroic work! You save people, everything that matters to them, and this deserves the highest rewards! It's hard for me to realise how many of your guys died at the sites of the explosions. May they rest in peace! For our part, the city authorities will do everything possible to provide the fire brigades with the necessary support and assistance,’ said Igor Terekhov. 

The mayor awarded more than 100 SES employees - dispatchers, firefighters, sappers, drivers - with diplomas from the City Council, diplomas from the Executive Committee of the City Council and letters of thanks from the mayor.
