The damaged educational institution in Shevchenkivskyi district was operating illegally

"Both a school and a kindergarten were operating in this facility. There were several warnings. We appealed to the regional military administration because they have the appropriate leverage. But the institution continued to operate. Fortunately, there were no children there today because it was a day off," said Igor Terekhov. 

The mayor stressed that the educational process in municipal institutions is organised exclusively in certified shelters in compliance with all security measures.
