Kharkiv plans to build an underground kindergarten

‘The underground kindergarten is an ambitious and important project. We are currently developing design and estimate documentation. This is a difficult task, because such facilities have never been built before. After this stage is completed, we will start construction. It is fundamentally important for us that preschoolers are able to attend kindergarten and communicate with each other in a safe environment,’ said Igor Terekhov.
