Kharkiv condominiums will be reimbursed for the purchase of generators

The procedure for partial reimbursement of the cost of independent power sources purchased by condominiums, housing cooperatives, apartment buildings and managers of multi-apartment buildings in 2024-2027 was approved today, 30 July, at an extraordinary session of the Kharkiv City Council.
This procedure also applies to entrepreneurs who, under an agreement with co-owners, ensure the proper maintenance and repair of the common property of an apartment building and adjacent territories.
According to the decision, they will be reimbursed 70% of the cost of purchased petrol, diesel, gas generators, etc. from the city budget (but not more than UAH 100,000). In order to receive compensation, they must submit an application to the Administrative Services Centre.
These changes were made to the Programme of Support for Housing Cooperatives, Associations of Co-Owners and Managers of Apartment Buildings in Kharkiv for 2022-2027.
