Ihor Terekhov renamed a number of russian and imperial place names in Kharkiv

The City of Kharkiv has renamed 18 place names associated with the aggressor country.

The relevant order was signed by the Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov. 
 
Thus, Bakulin Street is now called Yevhen Yenin Street (in honour of the former First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine who died in a plane crash in Brovary), Bilomorska Street is now called Finska Street, and Baikalska Street is now called Snizhna Street. Kronshtadtskyi lane was renamed Chumatskyi lane, and Kronshtadtska street was renamed Litovska street, Altayskyi lane was renamed Vitryanyi lane, and Trinkler's entrance was renamed Hlisada Dzhusa entrance (in honour of Ukrainian military pilot Andriy Pilshchikov with the call sign "Dzhus").
 
Krasnouralska Street became Nyzynna Street, Irtyska Street became Merlynska Street, Irtyskyi Lane became Chepelskyi Lane, Izhevska Street was renamed Tsukrova Street, and the lane of the same name is now Zamozhnyi Lane. Kolskyi lane will now be called Chervona Ruta lane, Elbruskyi lane was renamed Bukovelskyi lane, and Yelninskyi lane was renamed Barvystyi lane.
 
In addition, Vladivostotska Street became Shvedska Street, the lane of the same name became Skandinavskyi Lane, and the entrance became Lirnytskyi Lane.
