Ihor Terekhov: Kharkiv will withstand any challenges

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov told reporters that specialists are working with relevant ministries, international partners, and banks to restore critical infrastructure facilities.

"We need to change a lot. This requires funds and time. But we will do everything possible and impossible to restore as soon as possible everything that the russian federation destroyed. I am grateful to every resident of Kharkiv who works for victory. Everyone is on the ground - production facilities, municipal enterprises, City residents.
