Ihor Terekhov: Kharkiv should be a safe and developed city

The Mayor said this today, February 3, at a press meeting on proposals to amend the new Master Plan of Kharkiv.

According to him, Kharkiv should be provided with shelters, schools, kindergartens, and new residential buildings should be safe.

‘At the same time, we must see the prospects of Kharkiv as an industrial, economic, self-sufficient, university city. We need to see the directions of development so that people come back here, so that we are a two-million metropolis with investors cooperating with us where many students study,’ emphasized Ihor Terekhov.
