Ihor Terekhov: In a few years, we will all speak Ukrainian

In an episode of the military and political talk show "Bravehearts" dedicated to the defence of Kharkiv, Mayor Ihor Terekhov noted that all Kharkiv residents will gradually switch to Ukrainian.
 
"We are speaking Ukrainian more and more. A few years will pass, and we will all speak Ukrainian. I am confident of this," said Ihor Terekhov.
 
The Mayor also stressed that despite the russians' attempts to capture Kharkiv, the City was and remains Ukrainian.
 
"The main mistake of the russians was that they considered Kharkiv to be pro-russian. They thought we would welcome them hospitably, but we met them with fire," the Mayor said.
