Igor Terekhov: Kharkiv is ready to contribute to the implementation of the Victory Plan of Ukraine

In his speech, Igor Terekhov emphasised that the city authorities are actively working to implement this plan. He reminded that an extraordinary session of the Kharkiv City Council had approved an appeal to the twin cities to support Ukraine's Victory Plan and to help their governments do so at the national level. 

‘We want to convey to the international community the importance of this plan as the only way to a just peace without compromising Ukraine's territorial integrity and without freezing the conflict. Kharkiv supports Ukraine's accession to NATO, strengthening the country's defence capabilities, development of economic potential and post-war security measures. The city authorities are ready to further support government initiatives to implement this plan,’ the mayor said.
