According to Igor Terekhov, preparing Kharkiv's heating system for winter is the biggest challenge for the city authorities today, so any government support programs that will help speed up the process of supplying cogeneration equipment are important. 

"First of all, it is important for us to provide heat, light and water to residential buildings. People need to have all utilities in winter. This is the most important thing. Kharkiv foresaw this difficult situation, and since spring we have been preparing for the next heating season. We have already reserved equipment from foreign manufacturers and agreed on grants and loans for the decentralization of engineering systems with large financial institutions," said Igor Terekhov.
