Ihor Terekhov: The enemy is deliberately destroying Kharkiv’s infrastructure

The power system of Kharkiv has suffered large-scale damage as a result of massive enemy shelling.

As Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said today, 7 April, during a national telethon, the City has introduced strict schedules of power outages.

"The critical infrastructure is now powered. We supply electricity to residential buildings according to the schedules, but often they are not met because there is not enough voltage," the Mayor said.

He also noted that, despite the difficult situation with power supply, the City’s electric transport is partially operational.

"We have launched the subway with train arrival intervals of 10-12 minutes during rush hour and 20 minutes at other times. A certain number of autonomous trolleybuses and municipal buses run around the City every day," said Ihor Terekhov.
