Today, May 23, the Russian aggressor launched about 15 missile attacks on Kharkiv and its suburbs.

During the national telethon, Mayor Igor Terekhov said that, according to preliminary information, the enemy attacked with ballistic missiles. As a result, a printing house, one of the units of a utility company, and transportation infrastructure were damaged. Six people were killed and 16 wounded.

The mayor also said that the utility workers eliminated the consequences of the enemy's strike in Shevchenkivskyi district the day before. Workers removed debris and closed the circuits in the damaged residential buildings.

According to the mayor, the trolleybus driver who was injured yesterday underwent surgery. One of his legs was amputated and he is now in a serious stable condition.

"I would like to thank all the people who cared and contributed to raising funds for the treatment of our driver. We hope he will recover as soon as possible," said Igor Terekhov.
