Igor Terekhov: Kharkiv will be a self-sufficient city after the war

The economic strategy of Kharkiv presented by the Norman Foster Foundation aims to develop the city comprehensively after the war.
Today, on 26 November, Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov told a national telethon that this document is a step-by-step action plan for all citizens and city authorities that will help Kharkiv to be a self-sufficient city and maintain its production facilities.
‘This plan takes into account the post-war experience of other countries. We are now following this path, and it is very important that our city remains a student, scientific and industrial centre. In addition, such a strategy makes it possible to attract investments and assistance from international partners,’ said the mayor.
