Igor Terekhov: I am sure that the Russians will not enter the city

"The Russians will not enter the city. I am confident in this because I communicate with our military several times a day and see how events are unfolding, I understand the real military situation," said Igor Terekhov. 

He also noted that it is crucial for Kharkiv to prevent the enemy from approaching a distance from which it can fire on the city with multiple launch rocket systems, as it was in 2022.
