Igor Terekhov: The underground town will be built exclusively at the expense of investors

In addition, the city is looking for investors to fund the project of a safe underground city, which was presented at an international forum by the Kharkiv Investment Agency. It is planned to build an underground town with a school, parking lot, shopping areas, etc. in the central part of Kharkiv.

"This is an important initiative that will help people feel safe. And we will not spend any city budget funds on it, because now we really need to help the Ukrainian military. Therefore, we will build a safe town underground exclusively at the expense of investors," said Igor Terekhov.
