A number of buildings to be renovated in Kharkiv at the expense of state subvention

The deputies approved a list of projects and activities to be financed in 2025 at the expense of a subvention from the state budget for emergency and restoration work in the housing and communal sector.
The deputies approved a list of projects and activities to be financed in 2025 at the expense of a subvention from the state budget for emergency and restoration work in the housing and communal sector. The decision was made today, 30 April, at an extraordinary session of the city council.
The list was previously approved by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
The list includes 14 properties: 72 Nataliia Uzhvii Street (residential complexes FLORA-12 and FLORA-13), 88, 4 Achiezeriv Street, 20/321 Neskorenykh Street, 16, 50, 54 Lesia Serdyuk Street, 37, 39, 41, 42 Myronositska Street, 54 Myronositska Street and 236 Sobornosti Ukrainy Street.
According to Mayor Igor Terekhov, UAH 1 billion has been allocated for major repairs of these apartment buildings. The mayor stressed that the city authorities continue to look for resources to rebuild the damaged housing, and the list of buildings to be repaired this year will be expanded.
