Igor Terekhov: We are doing everything possible to ensure that Kharkiv passes the winter with dignity

He noted that the city is installing modular boiler houses to serve neighbourhoods, as well as cogeneration units and gas turbines. 

‘Kharkiv does not have its own power generation, as all CHP plants and transformers were destroyed. That is why we are working on decentralising the life support systems. The city authorities are now doing everything possible and impossible to ensure that Kharkiv residents have heat, water and electricity in winter,’ the mayor stressed.
