More than a thousand entrepreneurs opened businesses in Kharkiv in January
During January 2024, 1064 individual entrepreneurs expressed the desire to set up their own businesses and officially registered their businesses in Kharkiv.
According to the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Kharkiv region, during the same period, 55 individual entrepreneurs (mostly from the liberated territories) chose Kharkiv as a new location for their business activities and changed their tax address.
At the same time, 820 individual entrepreneurs ceased their activities during January and 51 individual entrepreneurs relocated their businesses from Kharkiv and changed their tax address to another region or territorial community. As of on the 1th of February, the number of individual entrepreneurs amounted to almost 118,300 individuals in Kharkiv.
The Department of Administrative Services and Consumer Market has emphasized that Kharkiv entrepreneurs play a significant role in the struggle against the Russian aggressor, therefore the City Council always supports businesses and tries to accumulate all possible resources to introduction new initiatives, restore economic processes and return businesses to Kharkiv.
