Mobile application ‘Open Kharkiv’ launched in Kharkiv

This was announced today, 23 December, by Mayor Igor Terekhov on his social media pages. 

According to him, the main function of the app is Digital X-card, a digital version of the Kharkiv Citizen Card. It gives users access to discounts, promotions and other benefits that were previously available only with a plastic card. In addition, Open Kharkiv allows users to leave feedback on services and partners, find out the latest news and offer ideas for the development of the city.

«Our goal is simple and ambitious at the same time - to make all city services available in just a few clicks. This is just the beginning! We are already working on updates and expanding the functionality», - said Igor Terekhov.
