Digital «Kharkiv Citizen Card» is being developed in Kharkiv

Today, on 2 April, the Executive Committee of the Kharkiv City Council amended the decision «On the Implementation of the Kharkiv Citizen Card Project for the Period of Martial Law». 

According to the decision, a mobile application will be developed for the digital Kharkiv Citizen Card. 

 Like its plastic counterpart, the Digital X-card will support services that provide social discounts from the partners of the Kharkiv Citizen Card project, unification of student cards (as a type of card), personalised accounting of social support measures, etc.
