Expenditures for decentralization of energy supply increased in Kharkiv

According to the Department of Budget and Finance, this is due to the provision of intergovernmental transfers to Kharkiv. Thus, the city will receive UAH 2.3 million to create training and practical centers for modern vocational education and UAH 1.9 million to support students with special educational needs. 

At the same time, expenditures in Kharkiv were increased for:

- implementation of measures related to the decentralization of the municipal heat and power system and preparation of heating and water supply systems for the winter period - by UAH 642 million

- carrying out emergency repairs in multi-storey residential buildings and social and cultural facilities - by UAH 120 million; 

- Providing assistance to military units and special bodies with law enforcement functions - by UAH 66.9 million.
