City Council extends privileges for Kharkiv businesses

‘We are prolonging the benefits for local taxes and fees so that entrepreneurs stay in Kharkiv despite the difficult conditions. They need to have working capital to attract resources and pay salaries to their employees,’ said Mayor Igor Terekhov.

As a reminder, starting from 1 April 2024, the tax liability after the calculation of rent for communal land plots was cancelled. The land tax rate for plots owned by individuals and legal entities is 0% of their normative monetary value. 

The tax rate on real estate (unless it is a land plot owned by legal entities) was also set at 0%. In addition, single tax payers of the fourth group were granted a 100% reduction in tax liabilities.
